About AI My Day

Who we are, what AI My Day is for, and how we write plain-English guides to using AI in everyday life.

What we do

AI My Day helps everyday people use AI tools for ordinary jobs: planning meals, sorting a budget, preparing for a doctor's appointment, writing a tricky email. Every guide gives you a short answer, a copy-and-paste prompt, simple steps and an example of what a good answer looks like.

We write for people who are new to AI. No jargon, no hype, and no assumption that you want to become an expert.

Who writes the guides

Guides are written and reviewed by our editor, Amara Lewis (a pen name – we explain why on her page), with help from the wider AI My Day team. Each page shows who reviewed it and when.

What we are not

We are independent of the AI companies we write about.
