How we test and review

How AI My Day checks prompts, examples, tool information and sources, and what 'Last reviewed' and 'Tested' mean on our pages.

Last reviewed

What the dates on our pages mean

'Last reviewed' is the date a member of the team last read the guide, checked the steps and sources, and updated anything out of date.

'Tested' appears only when we have actually run the prompt in the named AI tool on that date. If a page does not show a 'Tested' date, we have not yet recorded a test for it. We would rather leave it blank than claim a test we did not do.

Example answers

Each guide includes an example of what a good answer looks like. Unless the page says otherwise, these are illustrative examples written by our team to show the shape and level of detail to expect. Real AI answers vary each time you ask.

Our checklist for every guide

  • The prompt works for a beginner, with clear [square brackets] for personal details.
  • The steps make sense on a phone and a computer.
  • Safety, privacy and 'see a professional' notes are included where they matter.
  • Health, money and family guides link to at least one official or reputable source.
  • Tool prices and free plans are checked against the official website; they change often, so always confirm before paying.
